OUTREACH PROJECT INFORMATION
|
Seamus Harahan has been filming and researching Parkour with the Traceurs and Free runners of Northern Ireland. We would particularly like to thank the following individuals for their participation in this project: Gary Whelan a.k.a Air-Bourne, Mathew McWilliams a.k.a Spawn, Daniel Gardener a.k.a. Concrete, Adam Sheils a.k.a. Ziggy, Brian McAleese, John O'Hara, Shane Gibson, Samuel Mayne and Kevin a.k.a. Insidious. Parkour to me is using the world around me in a way it is not intended for and the idea of this makes me look at and use the world differently. It has really had a massive impact on my life style physically, socially and mentally, I love it, Parkour is my way and what it does for me is amazing and amazing to others as it is rare you hear someone with the exact same views or feelings about Parkour, so individual."" "learning, training and practice drive me everyday to go out and vault, leap, jump, climb every path I walk..." — Gary Whelan (Air-Bourne) |
